We work with you to understand your current state, your current assets and perform situational analysis. This includes your knowledge / skills in addition to material possessions.
HoW
Our initial call will focus on building an understanding of your current status, concerns, aspirations and timeframes. Once appointed, we will travel to meet you at your location and perform detailed analysis of your property and available assets. As part of this we will also interview you and other key family members or associates to gauge skills and approach to risk mitigation and preparations using our Adverse Scenario Response Framework (ASRF). This will then be formed into a report including drone footage, imagery, mapping and evidenced based statements and statistics.

Strategy
Using a deep understanding of your needs and wants and current state, we create an actionable strategy, tailored to your personal circumstances, location and financial capacity.
HoW
Using information available to us, we will carefully create a strategy reflecting your available assets, timeline and financial capacity. During this phase we will include several check-ins with you and share our work-in-progress to ensure that our deliverable meets your expectations. Our final deliverable can be generated in a format that suits you. Hard-copy, digital document or presentation.

Strategy based on prior assessment including regular client check-ins $2000-$5000 AUD (+ travel expenses at cost)
Implementation
Once your strategy is agreed, we develop a detailed implementation plan, source providers and arrange quotes for anything requiring third party input. We then manage these contractors / vendors on your behalf, aligned with your programme.
HoW
Using your agreed strategy, we develop a detailed project plan down to a task level. Then, using our project management experience, we source quotations from trusted third party vendors or contractors and once approved, we coordinate their services and ensure that all activities directly relate to your strategy and represent a clear return on investment.

Due to the tailored nature of requirements in this phase, costs will be discussed with you prior to starting work.
